More Rifles, but scoped - v0.09 Alpha

This is the last update of this sequel, meaning it won't receive more updates. Future updates and content will be on Pixel Rebels Classic.

• Added 2 new rifles: Semi-Auto Rifle and M4 Carbine, with scope each one.
• Added tips for new players.
• Revamped main menu and loading background
• Fixed a bug where the hooded Cyberebel didn't receive head damage
• Fixed a bug where the hooded Cyberebel head hitbox didn't disappear after dying
